KGS gas springs feature a hermetically sealed structure meticulously engineered with a piston rod, pressure tube, piston, and advanced sealing components. Seamless, stable operation is consistently achieved through the precision-calibrated pressure of nitrogen gas permanently sealed within the cylinder.
As the piston rod compresses into the nitrogen-filled cylinder, the internal gas volume decreases, generating a controlled reaction force. The internal pressure rises proportionally throughout the stroke, while the total operating output is finely calibrated by internal friction and structural design.
